Who We Are

Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County is a non-profit organization that has provided home health and hospice care services to Litchfield County and Farmington Valley for over 100 years.  Our dedicated team offers compassionate care 24 hours a day to the communities we serve. Our primary objective is to provide exceptional healthcare services and support to our patients and their families. A Board of Directors governs our organization, and we are licensed by the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health and certified by Medicare.
