Home Health Aides: Home health aides assist with daily personal care activities such as eating, bathing, dressing and exercising that may be challenging for patients living with a chronic health condition or during recovery after a surgery or other health incident.

Supporting services are frequently offered in conjunction with skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, but may also be helpful to our hospice and palliative care patients.
