The Latest News from Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County

We are excited to announce that Foothills Visiting Nurse & Home Care (Est. 1922), VNA Northwest (Est. 1928) and Salisbury Visiting Nurse Association (Est. 1904) have joined forces and merged to form a new agency, Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County.
